The standard P365 will offer the best concealability and you can still use 12-round mags. However the longer frame on the P365 will make for a better shooter. Even with the 12-round extended mag in a std P365 I find I can handle and shoot the P365X better. It might be due to the slight flare at the base of the grip.

P365 Striker Sleeve Spring. I purchased a new Sig P365 about three weeks ago. The date of manufacture is 7/16/16, and "striker" is listed on the Sig Case Label .
